I am Constantin Zelenty, your host at Ionian Horizon.
Many years ago I worked in hotels in Africa, Greece, and Tunisia, where I discovered my passion as a host. I love welcoming people and giving them unforgettable experiences.
I have spent my entire professional life traveling abroad for the German Federal Foreign Office. I have had the privilege of traveling to and experiencing countries such as Argentina, the Ivory Coast, Netherlands, Armenia, and most recently Angola as Deputy Ambassador. Although living in so many different countries has inspired and enriched me, I quickly realized that I need a base to really feel at home. A kind of emotional anchor.
So I finally came up with the idea of building a house for myself on Kefaloniá, the island where my ancestors came from and which I often visited. When I finally lived in my house from time to time, I was overwhelmed by the special beauty, the endless horizon, and the incredible peace. The gentle breeze from the sea and the scent of the surrounding nature gave me the feeling that I had finally arrived at a place where I belonged.
After a short time, I had the idea for Ionian Horizon – Private Bungalows.
In collaboration with local companies I started to design and build two beautiful bungalows for guests to share this special feeling of peace and serenity that I had found myself in Kefaloniá.
For me, it is an honor to be a host and I take this role very seriously. I want you to experience the same feeling of connection and home that I myself have found on this island in a unique way.

Your private terrace, furnished with two lounge chairs and a dining table, becomes the perfect spot to witness the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The terrace leads to your private infinity pool, 1.50 metres deep, overlooking the lush Koroni Hills and the vast ocean, offering a serene escape from the everyday.
The bungalow’s stunning bedroom, with its captivating view into the endless Ionian horizons, is complemented by the picturesque Koroni Hills, creating a backdrop of natural beauty.
For your convenience, the bungalow features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, stove with two ceramic hobs, sink, Nespresso coffee machine, water kettle, toaster, tableware and cutlery.
